A 90-day programme
You've had a go at AI. Now let's make it stick.
There’s a new AI tool every week and not much time to sort through them. On a free chat, we work out what’s worth handing to AI first, and what isn’t. Then over 12 weeks I build it with you, on your real work, with the tools you’ve already got. One job after another, in order, until it sticks and you can keep going without me.
It’s a free chat. If I can’t see anything worth 90 days, I’ll tell you.
Is this you?
You know AI could give you hours back. But everyone’s got an opinion, there’s a new tool every week, and you haven’t had time to work out what’s actually worth doing.
You’ve already had a go. Maybe you pay for ChatGPT, or your work’s turned on Copilot. It helped a bit. Then work got busy and it sort of faded.
You do the work yourself, and you can say yes to trying something new, or your work already has.
And you’d rather spend those hours on the part of the job only you can do.
That’s who this is for.
It’s not the right start if you want someone to take the work off your hands, or if your work won’t let you use an AI tool. There’s a better first step further down.
What gets in the way?
When Xero asked 1,081 Kiwi businesses about AI this year, 79% of the ones using it were teaching themselves. What held them back wasn’t resistance. It was time, trust that their data’s safe, and a clear plan for where to start.
That’s what the 90 days are built around. We start on work you’re already doing, so it isn’t one more thing on the list. We stay inside the tools your work has already approved, and you check everything before it goes anywhere. And after the first chat, you get a written plan.
The plan matters. AWS found only 15% of Kiwi businesses have a formal AI plan, and the ones that do are more than twice as likely to be using it at an advanced level.
Why 12 weeks?
Because a new tool is the easy part. Changing how you work is the hard part, and that doesn’t happen in a one-day workshop.
It’s the same as training. A programme only works if it’s the right one for you, you do the reps on the real thing, and the routine holds up when the coach isn’t there.
We check at day 30, 60 and 90. If a check fails, we go back to where it broke and fix it before we move on.
What happened next
Programme lead, central government agency
She’d never opened Copilot, but her work had said yes to it. We planned to fix one job. In four hours over two days she built two helpers on her real work, one that drafts email replies in her own voice and one for a monthly report. Then she used Copilot to turn a pile of documents into a first draft of a strategy in about 18 minutes.
“Oh, this would have taken me days.”
Chris, owner, Upright Signs
We built a tool to help Chris price his jobs. One of his hardest quotes took about three and a quarter hours by hand, and about 45 minutes through the tool. About 11 weeks later, he showed me something he’d built on top of it by himself.
Neither of them needed me to keep going. That’s the bit I care about.
What it costs
$2,950 + GST for the 12 weeks. Payment plans are available if you ask.
If you’re not happy after the first month, I’ll give you your money back. Guaranteed.
Some businesses can get part of the cost covered. Ask me on the chat.
Not quite you?

You lead a team, or you want a session for your group.
I run talks and hands-on workshops for business teams and leadership groups, built around the work your people actually do. Mention it on the chat and I’ll tell you what would fit.

I’m Matt. I spent a decade in elite sport, and the biggest thing I learned is that the environment does most of the coaching. I’ll be the one on the chat, and the one working alongside you each week.
What’s eating your week?
Bring it to a free 30-minute chat. We’ll work out what’s worth fixing first. If this isn’t the right fix, I’ll tell you what is.
