Here’s how it went for a programme lead at a government agency. She’d never used Copilot, but her work had said yes to it.
In our first session, she got it to read a few of her sent emails and work out how she writes. Then she used that to build a helper that drafts replies that sound like her. She tried it on two real emails, changed a line, and hit send. That afternoon she kept using it on her own, and the next morning, the first thing she said to me was:
“My mind was a bit blown yesterday. Last night I was deep diving into all the things.”
